Booking Terms

*The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
*The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
*Breakage deposit of R3000 is applicable to all bookings and fully refundable 3 days after checking out.
*We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
*Check-in time: 14:00.
*Check-out time: 10:30.
*No smoking inside the house.
*No pets allowed.
*For additional guests, please to enquire with management prior to booking.
*For parties, please enquire with management prior to booking.
*For the spa packages, please enquire with management and we will assist.
